Marketing of One Marina Gardens on this website is carried out by Bryan Chua Yuesheng (CEA Registration No. R067383C) in the course of estate agency work under Huttons Asia Pte Ltd (Licence No. L3008899K), whose registered address is 3 Bishan Place, #05-01 CPF Bishan Building, Singapore 579838. These particulars appear on every page of this website in accordance with the Council for Estate Agencies' guidelines on advertising by salespersons.

Where anything on this website differs from the developer's official sale documents, marketing materials or price list, those official documents prevail.

While we aim to keep information accurate and current, we do not warrant its completeness or accuracy. Please independently verify all material facts, including price, availability and unit specifications, with Bryan or the developer's sales team before making any decision.
Artists' impressions, renderings, floorplans and site plans are illustrative. Travelling times and distances to transport, schools and amenities are approximate and are not a representation about future connectivity, school admission outcomes or completion of any planned infrastructure.

Content on this website is general information about a development. It is not financial, investment, tax or legal advice, and it does not take account of your particular circumstances or objectives. You should obtain your own independent advice before committing to any property transaction.
6. No agency relationship

Project names, images, artists' impressions, logos, floorplans and brochure content remain the property of their respective owners, including the developer, its appointed marketing agencies, architects and photographers, and are reproduced here for the purpose of marketing the development. All other content on this website belongs to Bryan Chua Yuesheng. Do not reproduce this website's content without permission.
If you own rights in any material shown on this website and believe it has been used incorrectly, contact bryanjosephhhc@gmail.com and the material will be reviewed and, where appropriate, removed.
