Privacy Policy

This policy explains how personal data submitted through this website is collected, used and stored, in line with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA). It is provided for information and does not constitute legal advice. For any privacy enquiry, contact the website operator using the details in section 1.

1. Who operates this website

This website is operated by Bryan Chua Yuesheng, a CEA-registered salesperson (Registration No. R067383C) with Huttons Asia Pte Ltd (Licence No. L3008899K). It is an independent marketing website and is not operated by the property developer.

Bryan Chua Yuesheng carries out estate agency work under Huttons Asia Pte Ltd, whose registered address is 3 Bishan Place, #05-01 CPF Bishan Building, Singapore 579838. Personal data collected through this site in the course of that estate agency work is also subject to the Huttons Asia Pte Ltd privacy policy. Where this policy and the agency's policy both apply, the agency's policy governs.

2. Information we collect

When you use the enquiry form on this site, we may collect:

We do not collect your NRIC, FIN or passport number, CPF information, income documents, tax returns or payment card details through this website. If you later proceed to a property transaction, those details may be collected separately by Huttons Asia Pte Ltd under its own policy — never through this site.

3. Purpose of collection

Information you submit is used to respond to your property enquiry, arrange a showflat appointment, and — only if you separately opt in — to send you information about other Singapore property launches and market updates.

4. How enquiries are handled

When you submit the enquiry form, the details are transmitted over an encrypted connection and delivered directly to Bryan as a private notification, for the sole purpose of following up on your enquiry. Enquiry details are not published anywhere on this site and are not visible to other visitors.

5. Analytics and advertising technologies

This site may use Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Google Ads conversion tracking and/or the Meta Pixel to measure how visitors use the site and how Google Ads campaigns perform. These tools only run after you accept cookies via the consent banner — see Section 6.

When you submit an enquiry and have accepted cookies, a one-way encrypted (SHA-256 hashed) version of your mobile number is sent to Google so it can confirm the enquiry came from an ad click. This is known as Google Ads enhanced conversions. Your number is hashed in your browser before it is sent, Google cannot read it back, and it is used only to measure ad performance. If you decline cookies, it is not sent.

6. Cookies and consent

We use a consent banner compatible with Google Consent Mode. Analytics and advertising cookies are set to "denied" by default and only load after you click "Accept all." You can change your choice at any time by clearing your browser's local storage for this site, or by contacting Bryan.

7. Data sharing

We do not sell your personal data. Enquiry data is shared only with Bryan, Huttons Asia Pte Ltd, and any lead-management, email or CRM service explicitly configured to receive it for the purpose of responding to your enquiry.

If you choose to proceed with a property transaction, your personal data may additionally be disclosed to the parties necessary to complete it — which may include the property developer, co-broking salespersons, solicitors, banks or financial institutions, and the relevant government agencies and regulators — in accordance with the Huttons Asia Pte Ltd privacy policy. We may also disclose personal data where required to do so by law.

8. Transfer of personal data overseas

This website is delivered through a global content-delivery network, and enquiry notifications are delivered through a messaging service whose servers may be located outside Singapore. Your personal data may therefore be processed outside Singapore. Where this happens, we take reasonable steps to ensure the recipient is bound by obligations providing a standard of protection comparable to that required under the PDPA, and your data remains protected under this policy while it is in our possession or under our control.

9. Data retention

Enquiry data is retained for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your enquiry and to comply with applicable legal, accounting or regulatory requirements, after which it is deleted or anonymised.

10. Data security

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data submitted through this site, including transmitting form submissions over HTTPS and avoiding storage of sensitive data in this codebase or client-side analytics.

11. Access, correction and your rights

You may request access to the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by contacting Bryan at bryanjosephhhc@gmail.com. We will respond to an access or correction request within 30 days of receiving it. If we are unable to respond within that time, we will tell you when we expect to respond.

A reasonable administrative fee may be charged for an access request, in line with the PDPA and the Huttons Asia Pte Ltd policy. You will be informed of any such fee before it is incurred.

12. Withdrawing consent

You may withdraw your consent to receiving marketing communications at any time, by replying to any message you receive from us or by contacting Bryan using the details in section 13. We will action a withdrawal request within a reasonable period. Please note that withdrawing consent may mean we are no longer able to follow up on an enquiry you have made. Marketing messages sent to Singapore telephone numbers are also subject to the Do Not Call provisions of the PDPA.
